Job Description
As an Assistant Chief Engineer at JLL, you'll take ownership of critical building systems and provide technical leadership to shape a team culture where collaboration and technical excellence go hand in hand. You'll solve complex problems, respond to tenant needs, and ensure building systems operate reliably and efficiently.
Requirements
- HS diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of related work experience in repair, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and/or carpentry
- Universal EPA certification or commitment to achieving certification within first year with JLL assistance
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience with ability to guide and develop team members
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work comfortably using ladders up to 30 feet tall
- Ability to frequently climb, bend, kneel, lift, and/or drive as required by facility operations
