Assistant Manager, Technical Support Engineering

Responsible for overseeing technical facility operations including maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, DG, UPS, and building systems to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient functioning of the facility.

Requirements

• Supervise daily technical operations and preventive maintenance activities.
• Monitor performance of HVAC, electrical systems, DG, UPS, elevators, STP/WTP, and other utilities.
• Coordinate with technicians and service vendors to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and engineering standards.
• Review maintenance checklists, logs, breakdown reports, and AMC activities.
• Support energy management, cost control, and equipment lifecycle planning.
• Assist in preparing technical reports, incident logs, and audit documentation.
