Job Description
We are looking for an Assistant Technical Manager to assist the Facilities Manager and the City Lead in managing the tactical delivery for the assigned property/facility. The role involves site management, AMC services, budgets, accounting, and vendor invoice processing, as well as managing hard services maintenance and operations, contract services, purchasing of material, equipment & supplies, and critical environment management.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline
- 8-10 years experience in facilities management
- Tertiary qualifications in either Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering essential
