As an Associate Project Manager at JLL, you will be responsible for providing reliable, timely, and professional support while assisting with day-to-day project management activities. You will manage projects that include interior fit-ups, minor renovations, AV improvements, MEP modifications, network infrastructure modifications, and facilities management and engineering repairs and upgrades.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in project management, preferably in construction, real estate, or building infrastructure
- Basic knowledge of construction, architecture, or commercial real estate industry
- Ability to prepare and track budgets
- Understanding of technical requirements for relocation, construction, and renovation projects
- Able to adapt and prioritize, meeting deadlines, in fast-paced team or independent environment
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) with ability to successfully communicate with clients, architects, contractors, client's representatives, and team members
- Travel estimated at approximately 10%-15%
- Valid driver's license
- Physical capabilities to lift 50 lbs, work at heights, and in confined spaces
