Construction-Associate Project Manager

As a Project Manager at JLL, you'll work as part of a collaborative project team to deliver exceptional client service while managing the scope, schedule, and budget for a variety of project assignments. You'll contribute to shaping a brighter way for our clients by proactively managing project-related issues, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and ensuring all deliverables meet client requirements in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of practical experience in a project management position
• Demonstrated ability to prepare and track project budgets with accuracy
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to identify and manage competing priorities effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare comprehensible correspondence using proper grammar and appropriate formats
• Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with executive-level external and internal clients
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
• Detail-oriented approach with strong analytical capabilities and the ability to multi-task in both team and independent settings
