Building Engineer

As an Operating Engineer at JLL, you'll play a critical role in keeping our facilities running at peak performance during overnight hours, operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing facility equipment across all building systems.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems
• Ability to analyze the operation of various industrial Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Working knowledge of CMMS (i.e. Corrigo)
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Physical ability to bend, sit, kneel, squat, stand, reach, and lay as required to access equipment components for extended periods of time
