Building Maintenance Technician

As a Building Maintenance Technician at JLL, you'll be responsible for maintaining a safe, functional, and comfortable work environment for over 500 employees across our corporate campus. You'll perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and building automation controls, diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues, and maintain accurate maintenance logs and equipment records.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in facilities maintenance, building operations, or related technical field
• Working knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and general mechanical systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities with demonstrated capacity to diagnose complex system issues
• Valid driver's license and high school diploma or equivalent required
