Job Description
JLL is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to maintain a safe, functional, and comfortable work environment for over 500 employees across our corporate campus. The role involves performing preventive maintenance, diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues, and conducting routine inspections.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in facilities maintenance, building operations, or related technical field
- Working knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and general mechanical systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities with demonstrated capacity to diagnose complex system issues
- Valid driver's license and high school diploma or equivalent required
