Building Maintenance Technician

The Building Maintenance Technician performs skilled preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, utilities, and general building systems.

Requirements

• Technical experience in facility maintenance, building services, mechanical systems, or engineering operations
• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings, technical diagrams, and equipment schematics
• CMMS experience for managing work orders and preventive maintenance tasks
• Working knowledge of safety programs including LOTO, hazard reporting, and mechanical/electrical safety
• Ability to work independently or as part of a cross-functional team
