Job Description
The Building Maintenance Technician plays a vital role in ensuring the operational excellence of our client's campus facilities. The technician will provide comprehensive mechanical and technical support, performing diverse maintenance tasks that keep our facilities running smoothly and safely.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in building maintenance, plumbing, electrical, construction, or patch and painting
- Demonstrated knowledge of plumbing, mechanical systems, basic electrical work, and construction practices
- Physical ability to lift at least fifty pounds and safely use ladders up to twenty-eight feet
- Proficiency with computer systems including MS Office, Google Docs, and CMMS platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
