Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent with minimum 2-3 years of hands-on data center or IT hardware experience
- Solid understanding of server, storage, and network hardware systems with troubleshooting capabilities
- Experience with structured cabling installation and repair for both fiber and copper systems
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools including BMC interfaces (iDRAC, iLO) and CLI tools for system recovery
- Knowledge of IT service management processes including ticketing systems and change management protocols
