Job Description
The Enterprise Sales Lead - Portfolio Solutions will drive revenue growth for the Portfolio Solutions platform across clients with specific outsourcing needs, primarily in the Enterprise space consisting of the world's largest occupiers.
Requirements
- 10+ years proven experience as salesperson or role requiring outstanding business development and leadership skills
- Proven capabilities in developing solutions for global, Fortune 500 companies with expertise in outsourcing solutions and brokerage services
- Demonstrated ability to develop opportunities and close new business or expansion sales
- Successful track record of achieving immediate credibility and presenting varying ideas to create value and challenge the status quo
