Requirements

• 5-10 years' experience working in a call center environment
• Detailed understanding of effective scheduling, estimating, and workflow processes in a maintenance environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Word, Project, and MS Teams
