Facilities Coordinator

The Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day facilities management operations, supervising a team, and ensuring compliance with client standards and safety protocols. The role requires strong organizational and multitasking abilities, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Diploma in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities coordination, administration, or related operations role
• Technical background in facilities or building systems is an advantage
• Proficient in using CMMS or mobile reporting tools for work order management
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
