Job Description
Facilities Coordinator role at JLL, responsible for delivering exceptional workplace experience, coordinating facilities services, and ensuring smooth operation of day-to-day hard and soft FM activities.
Requirements
- Support Workplace Experience Manager in overseeing day-to-day delivery of FM services
- Manage subcontractors onsite and track reactive maintenance tasks
- Coordinate car park and meeting room bookings, setups, and hospitality
