Facilities Coordinator

Deliver exceptional workplace experience, coordinate facilities services, and ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day hard and soft FM activities as the first point of contact for building users. Proactively support compliance, comfort, and operational efficiency across the site.

Requirements

• Support the Workplace Experience Manager in overseeing day-to-day delivery of FM services
• Act as the face of the business, providing service-focused support to clients, stakeholders, and staff
• Manage subcontractors onsite and raise and track reactive maintenance tasks
