Job Description
The Facilities Coordinator will provide onsite support, perform routine site inspections, and provide admin support. They will also work closely with clients and suppliers to identify facility-related enquiries and requirements, and ensure everyone's health and safety by keeping safe workplace procedures in place. The role involves implementing and managing risk management programs, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
Requirements
- Prior experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or other related fields
- Understanding of local occupational health and safety requirements, critical facilities, and vendor management
- Knowledgeable in various property systems
- Proven track record of flawless project execution
- Excellent and resilient communicator
- Ability to work well with others and support the team
