Facility Coordinator

The Facilities Coordinator will provide onsite support, perform routine site inspections, and provide admin support. The role involves working closely with clients and suppliers, identifying facility-related enquiries and requirements, and ensuring everyone's health and safety.

Requirements

• Prior experience in facilities, property management, hospitality, or other related fields
• Understanding of local occupational health and safety requirements, critical facilities, and vendor management
• Knowledge of various property systems
• Proven track record of flawless project execution
• Excellent and resilient communication skills
• Ability to interact with clients and vendors effectively
• Teamwork and collaboration skills
