Facilities Coordinator

JLL is seeking a highly self-motivated and passionate customer service team player to serve as the primary interface between the internal operations of Client and its clients. The successful candidate will create a single and visual point of contact for Client visitors and employees, provide services to the highest possible standards, and represent the Client and JLL values in appearance, presentation, and manners.

• Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills

• Ability to proactively support the needs of staff, clients, and business partners
• Flexible and proactive
• Ability to react quickly and decisively when faced with a problem or issue
• Previous experience in working within a Front of House or Reception environment
• Computer literate with good understanding and working knowledge of office software
• Good level written, oral communications skills
• Proven track record of achievement
• Ability to understand problems, its impact and provide resolutions in a timely manner
