Facilities Engineer

As a Building Services Engineer at JLL, you'll ensure the seamless operation and maintenance of critical MEP systems across managed properties. Balance technical expertise with strong organizational skills to oversee maintenance schedules, manage work order systems, and coordinate major annual activities. Contribute to energy-saving initiatives and maintain comprehensive asset registers.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in building services maintenance or facilities engineering
• Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems
• Proven experience managing maintenance work order systems and coordinating vendor activities
• Solid understanding of Risk Assessment and Method Statement procedures, including permit-to-work systems
