Facilities Technician

Role Overview

As a Facilities Technician, you will support the day-to-day management of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) operations and preventive maintenance within a client's corporate office environment. Working closely with the Engineering team, you will help ensure building systems operate safely, efficiently, and reliably, while delivering a consistently high level of customer service.

What You Will Do

Support daily M&E operations across critical building systems, conduct routine inspections, system data logging, equipment checks, and meter readings, respond to system alarms, faults, and emergency situations.

Requirements

• Diploma or NTC certificate in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Prior hands-on experience supporting M&E operations within industrial or corporate facilities
• Solid technical knowledge of M&E systems, BMS, and fire alarm systems
• Strong understanding of occupational health and safety requirements
• Willingness and ability to participate in 24/7 emergency call-out support
• Proven ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team
