Technician

JLL is seeking a Facilities Technician to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and operational tasks to ensure building systems and equipment function safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building maintenance, facilities operations, or related trades, and a strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience in building maintenance, facilities operations, or related trades
• Working knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and equipment schematics
