Job Description
JLL is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance and operation of a commercial pharmaceutical R&D facility. The technician will assist with routine maintenance tasks, basic troubleshooting, and facility upkeep to ensure a safe and compliant environment. The role involves conducting building inspections, performing general facility maintenance, and supporting laboratory infrastructure maintenance. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in building maintenance or a related field and basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license
- 3 years of experience in building maintenance, facilities operations, or any related field
- Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities
- Familiarity with common hand tools and basic test equipment
- Basic computer skills for work order systems and documentation
