Job Description
Facility Maintenance Technician supports operation, inspection, and light maintenance processes to mechanical, electrical and plumbing equipment and systems. This is an entry-level position and can provide opportunities for growth in the engineering field. The technician will work as part of an engineering team of 10+ at a multi-building client property managed 24/7 by JLL.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Trades schooling in electrical system design, refrigeration and HVAC preferred
- Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant work experience; commercial industry general building preventative & corrective maintenance
- Must possess and maintain a valid state driver's license
- Experience using Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) &/or Building Management System (BMS)
- Strong Customer Service & Interpersonal skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams)
- Strong Troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
