Technician

The Facilities Technician performs routine maintenance, repairs, and operational tasks to ensure building systems and equipment function safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in building maintenance, facilities operations, or related trades
• Working knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and equipment schematics
• Proficient use of hand and power tools, diagnostic equipment, and testing instruments
• Valid driver's license required
