The Facilities Technician performs routine maintenance, repairs, and operational tasks to ensure building systems and equipment function safely and efficiently.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in building maintenance, facilities operations, or related trades
- Working knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and equipment schematics
- Proficient use of hand and power tools, diagnostic equipment, and testing instruments
- Valid driver's license required
