Job Description
The Facilities Manager will coordinate day-to-day client activities for assigned property/facility, manage building maintenance, and oversee consistent high-level execution of service delivery of all integrated facilities management (IFM) associated services. The role contributes to JLL's business objectives by ensuring portfolio operates in consistency with Regional programs and company/client policies and/or standard operational procedures.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering, Business Management or related fields
- 5+ years of Facilities Management experience
- Working knowledge and/or technical experience in critical systems
- Intermediate to advance level of knowledge on Office suites programs
- Business acumen including hard and soft facilities Services management knowledge, budget planning and execution
- Strong problem solving capabilities with self-starter, self-aware and self-motivated results driven individual qualities
- Excellent English and Spanish communication both written and verbal
- Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities to effectively engage with key leadership stakeholders
