Job Description
JLL is seeking a Facilities Manager to be the single point of contact for facilities management, assisting the Regional Manager and the Corporate Real Estate team with delivering quality facility management services. The role will coordinate and manage tenant requirements and service delivery to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management with management/technical emphasis
- Minimum of 8 years industry experience required either in the corporate environment, third party service provider or as a consultant
- Strong organizational and management skills
- Strong interpersonal and supervisory skills
- Proficient in MS Office, and MS Share Point
