JLL is hiring a Facilities Manager to serve as the single point of contact responsible for facilities management, assisting the General Manager and/or Assistant General Manager with the delivery of quality facility management services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management
- 5+ years industry experience in a commercial Class A office environment, third party service provider, or as consultant
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication/presentation abilities
- Proficient in MS programs such as Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Computer proficiency in CMMS systems
- Demonstrated experience in budget development and management
