Job Description
JLL is hiring a Facilities Manager to lead assigned sites, provide strategic direction, and manage skilled facilities teams in professional office environments. The position involves executing overall vision, overseeing operational aspects, developing programs, managing vendors, maintaining client relationships, and completing financial management duties.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Facilities Management experience with experience managing facilities teams
- Demonstrated experience managing operations in fast-paced work environments
- Proficiency in CMMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational, management, problem-solving, and client relationship management skills
- Ability to travel as necessary
