Facilities Manager

JLL is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee all aspects of soft and hard services for official buildings and staff residences in The Hague. The ideal candidate will have experience in facilities management, leading a team, and strong communication skills. The role requires fluency in Dutch and English, a bachelor's degree in Facilities Management or equivalent, and a valid work permit for the Netherlands. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for managing a team, overseeing facilities operations, and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a facilities management position
• Experience in leading and managing a team of facilities professionals
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in Dutch and English
• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management or equivalent
• Valid work permit for the Netherlands
