Facility Manager

As a Facility Manager at MAG45, you will be responsible for managing the building and technical installations, as well as overseeing contract management, policy development, and team management. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and international organization with a focus on supply chain solutions. The role involves optimizing facility processes and driving improvement, with a salary range of € 4,600 - € 6,100 and additional benefits such as 28 vacation days and an excellent pension scheme.

Requirements

• Minimum HBO-education in Facility or Hospitality
• Several years of work experience in a similar function
• Availability of 32-40 hours per week
• Proficiency in Dutch and English
• Analytical thinking and systematic approach
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with internal colleagues and external partners
• Assertiveness, organizational awareness, and ability to work independently
• Pragmatic and no-nonsense approach
