JLL is hiring a Facilities Manager to be responsible for facilities management, assisting the Regional Manager and the Corporate Real Estate team with the delivery of quality facility management services. The role will coordinate and manage tenant requirements and service delivery to ensure satisfaction. This position is onsite at a client site in San Diego, CA.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive facilities management experience, preferably in commercial real estate or corporate environments
- Strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire life safety, and building automation systems
- Proven experience managing facility budgets, vendor contracts, and service level agreements with demonstrated cost control success
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with ability to motivate staff and coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively
