Facilities Manager

JLL is seeking a dynamic and experienced Facilities Manager to oversee facilities management services at Trinity Square, Nottingham. This pivotal role focuses on upholding superior property management standards and delivering exceptional service to occupiers, while fostering strong collaboration with the Property Management team.

Requirements

• Proven experience in facilities management, preferably in commercial property
• Relevant qualifications in facilities management, building services, or related field
• Comprehensive understanding of building systems and maintenance requirements for premium commercial spaces
• Exceptional communication and client service skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and commercial awareness
• In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements
• Proficiency with facilities management software/systems and budget management
• Leadership abilities with experience managing service providers and contractors
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple high-profile properties and priorities
