Job Description
JLL is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee operations across workplace environments in Cambridge & Uxbridge, along with satellite offices in Spain and France. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-tier facilities services, developing and enforcing standard operating procedures, and maintaining excellent client relationships.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and management capabilities
- Ability to rapidly synthesize executive summaries of problems and solutions
- Skilled at multitasking and working autonomously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to understand and interpret commercial contracts
- Previous supervisory experience with demonstrated ability to delegate effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Knowledge of critical facilities and fundamental technical understanding of building systems
