The Facilities Sourcing Manager is responsible for delivering market, supplier, and operational intelligence for services operations while identifying and leading field resources to execute strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university
- 3+ years of strategic sourcing or related experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and communication abilities (oral and written)
- Proven ability to lead teams in a decentralized environment
- Advanced presentation and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and drive projects to completion
