Sourcing Manager

The Sourcing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize costs, improve supplier performance, and ensure reliable delivery of goods and services. This role manages supplier relationships, leads competitive bidding processes, negotiates contracts, and drives continuous improvement in procurement operations to support organizational objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, finance, or related field
• 5-7 years of progressive procurement or sourcing experience
• Strong negotiation skills with demonstrated success achieving cost savings and favorable contract terms
• Proven experience managing strategic supplier relationships and conducting competitive sourcing processes
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in spend analysis and data-driven decision making
• Strong project management capabilities including managing multiple concurrent initiatives
