Finance Manager

JLL is hiring a Finance Manager to provide efficient, orderly, and reliable knowledge of property accounting principles and contribute to the efficient handling of all property finance and overseeing the financial administration of Brimbank Shopping Centre.

Requirements

• Accounting & Finance: Prepare, review and process month-end reporting, prepare, review, and analyse performance of the Centre, maintain efficient and tight control over the Centre's operating costs, liaise and communicate with key Centre Management Staff, ensure accurate and timely delivery of Client financial reporting.
• Performance objectives: Ensure delivery of the centres Business Plan objectives, and budget to add value to the investment.
• Trusted advisor to the client, leads by example and instils strong client focus throughout the team, decisive, balancing analysis and speed, aligns business plans and performance metrics with the business strategy.
• Personal Effectiveness: Sets stretch targets, and rigorously monitors and manages individual performance, sees beyond the boundaries of division or role, proactively leading and engaging in collaborative working culture to drive performance excellence.
• Decision Making: Can make tough decisions and solution-based recommendations to clients to resolve problems and/or improve operations and asset value, actively searches out improvement opportunities and empowers the relevant team members to implement them.
• Relationship Building: Promote open, constructive, and collaborative relations with superiors, subordinates, peers, clients and clients' stakeholders, builds and maintains strong working relationships with retailers to achieve positive outcomes.
• Communication: Regularly communicates plans and performance in a clear and motivational manner to employees and client contacts, provides insight on key issues to line manager to foster positive client relationships, listens effectively and communicates through actions and example.
