Job Description
JLL empowers you to shape a brighter way. The Maintenance Mechanic provides essential mechanical support for building facilities, ensuring smooth operations and optimal building performance. You'll be at the forefront of keeping our buildings running efficiently through mechanical system troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, emergency response, and general repairs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid state driver's license
- 2 years of applicable working experience in general building repair and maintenance, and basic plumbing and electrical
- Physical ability to perform frequent walking, climbing, bending, kneeling, lifting, stooping, and working/extending overhead, including working from ladders/lifts
