HVAC Technician

JLL is seeking an HVAC Technician to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and operational support on Controlled Temperature Units (CTUs), refrigeration systems, and HVAC mechanical equipment. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years experience as a refrigeration/air conditioning mechanic in an industrial or research environment and 2+ years hands-on HVAC/R maintenance experience.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with electronic and pneumatic controls and ability to interpret control diagrams.
• 1+ years experience as a refrigeration/air conditioning mechanic in an industrial or research environment.
• 2+ years hands-on HVAC/R maintenance experience.
• Ability to work independently, in teams, and with cross-trade disciplines.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts (day or night).
