Job Description
JLL is hiring an HVAC Technician to operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC and other equipment in assigned facilities. The role involves performing preventive and repair work, maintaining equipment, and troubleshooting systems. The ideal candidate has a strong background in HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment repair and maintenance, with a valid state driver's license and universal CFC recovery certification.
Requirements
- Universal CFC recovery certification
- 4+ years of technical experience in building engineering
- Strong background in HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment repair and maintenance
- Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial refrigeration and/or supermarket refrigeration
- Experience working in secure facilities
- Ability to work on-call and perform other duties as required
