Job Description
As a Maintenance Mechanic at JLL, you'll perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility systems, handle minor repairs, and maintain a clean and safe working environment. You'll work on-site in Nashville, TN, and have the opportunity to apply diverse technical skills across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems.
Requirements
- Valid Tennessee Driver's License in good standing
- High school diploma or equivalent certification
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in general building repair and maintenance
- Physical capability to lift 50 pounds or more
- Ability to respond to emergency on-site service calls within 45 minutes
- Professional certifications or licenses in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or related trades as required by local jurisdiction
