Job Description
The Maintenance Mechanic plays a critical role in ensuring the operational excellence of JLL-managed facilities by supporting the inspection, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Requirements
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- Minimum of 1-3 years of applicable working experience in general building repair and maintenance, basic plumbing, and basic electrical systems
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities
- Valid licenses as required by the authority having jurisdiction
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs., work from heights, and climb ladders up to 30 feet while carrying a tool bag weighing approximately 20 lbs.
- Capability to work in adverse conditions including extreme cold and extreme hot environments
