Maintenance Technician

JLL is hiring a Maintenance Technician to join their facilities team. The role involves ensuring building systems operate smoothly and providing exceptional service to tenants and clients. The job requires a high school diploma, two years of related trade schooling or equivalent, and 1-3 years of applicable working experience in general building repair and maintenance. The salary range is $62,400 - $62,400 per year, and the position does not provide visa sponsorship.

Requirements

• High school diploma or state equivalent required
• Two years of related trade schooling or equivalent
• 1-3 years of applicable working experience in general building repair and maintenance
• Valid Driver's License
• Effective use of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, and other internet-based software)
• Ability to use a computer and smartphone with multiple email accounts
• Diagnose defects, and install, repair and maintain building equipment
• Ability to be in on-call rotation
• OSHA safety certification or equivalent safety training
