Job Description
JLL is seeking a Maintenance Technician to provide electrical and mechanical support for assigned buildings. The role involves wide-ranging responsibilities, including power systems, lighting systems, and facility subsystems. The successful candidate will have a valid state driver's license, experience in general building repair and maintenance, and basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical skills. The position requires frequent walking, climbing, bending, kneeling, lifting, stooping, and working/extending overhead.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of applicable working experience in general building repair and maintenance, and basic carpentry, plumbing and electrical.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Completion of an applicable technical training program, desirable.
- EL07/Journeyman License
