Job Description
JLL is hiring a Mobile HVAC/Maintenance Technician to operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, and other equipment in assigned facilities. The role requires technical expertise in HVAC and refrigeration, as well as experience in electrical, plumbing, and material handling equipment. The candidate will perform ongoing preventive and repair response work orders, maintain and operate HVAC/R systems, and submit P-card receipts daily.
Requirements
- Universal CFC recovery certification (or within 90 days of employment)
- Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in all aspects of building engineering with a strong background in the technical aspects of HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, production equipment repair and maintenance
- Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial refrigeration and/or supermarket refrigeration
- High school diploma or GED
