Job Description
We are seeking a Mobile HVAC / R Maintenance Technician to join our team at JLL. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating, inspecting, and maintaining HVAC, refrigeration, and other equipment systems in assigned facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment repair and maintenance, with a minimum of 4 years of technical experience. The role involves performing daily and weekly work assignments, including maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of facility equipment, as well as submitting P-card receipts daily and updating work order status in real-time.
Requirements
- Universal CFC recovery certification
- Valid state driver's license
- Ability to work on-site
- Availability for call-in work
- High school degree or equivalent
- 4 years of technical experience in HVAC/R and related fields
