Job Description
Develop your engineering career at JLL by supporting operation, inspection and maintenance processes to mechanical, HVAC, electrical and plumbing equipment and systems. The Operating Engineer will be responsible for completing assigned tasks, maintaining work order system, and participating in ongoing technical, safety, and operational process training programs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of related work experience in repair, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical or carpentry
- Trade school education, union training, military service or college is desirable
- Universal CFC EPA certification or interest in achieving within first year (with JLL assistance)
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort using ladders up to 30 feet tall
- Ability to frequently climb, bend, kneel, lift and/or drive
- Strong customer service skills
