Operating Engineer

The Operating Engineer supports operation, inspection, and maintenance processes to mechanical, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing equipment and systems.

Requirements

• 3+ years of related work experience, especially in repair, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or carpentry
• Trade school education, union training, military service, or college is desirable
• Universal CFC EPA certification or interest in achieving within the first year (with JLL assistance)
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfort using ladders up to 30 feet tall
• Ability to frequently climb, bend, kneel, lift, and/or drive
• Strong customer service skills
