Job Description
JLL is hiring an Operating Engineer to support operation, inspection, and maintenance processes for mechanical, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing equipment and systems. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of related work experience, trade school education, or military service. Estimated total compensation is $40.00 - $52.00 per hour.
Requirements
- 3+ years of related work experience, especially in repair, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical or carpentry
- Trade school education, union training, military service or college is desirable
- Universal CFC EPA certification or interest in achieving within first year (with JLL assistance)
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort using ladders up to 30 feet tall
- Ability to frequently climb, bend, kneel, lift and/or drive
- Strong customer service skills
