Job Description
JLL is hiring an Operating Engineer to support all operational aspects of the building, including maintenance, mechanical, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. The role requires 3+ years of related work experience and a trade school education or equivalent.
Requirements
- 3+ years of related work experience in repair, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical or carpentry
- Trade school education, union training, military service or college
- Universal CFC EPA certification or interest in achieving within first year
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort using ladders up to 30 feet tall
- Ability to frequently climb, bend, kneel, lift and/or drive
- Strong customer service skills
